Survey Will Probe Customers About Needs, as Well as Watlow Products & Services
Chicago (March 8, 2004) - Watlow plans to continue its new "Voice of the Customer" (VOC) program at the upcoming PITTCON® 2004 conference in Chicago on March 8, 2004. The VOC program encompasses a heightened approach by the company to be more system and design-oriented in its approach to meeting customer needs. Specifically, Watlow is training its sales force and associates to be more proactive listeners, look for partnership opportunities and to focus on applying Watlow's expertise and technological advancements to bring more added value to customers.
As part of the program's launch, Watlow is conducting a survey from its booth (booth #3256) at the PITTCON show. Customers and potential customers will be asked to answer questions about Watlow and its products, as well as questions about each customer's market, needs and challenges. For their participation, those completing the survey will be rewarded with a gift certificate to Best Buỷ or a similar store.
