Aftertreatment Applications

Without accurate thermal management, controlling diesel emissions is nearly impossible. Temperature measurement uncertainty leads to lower diesel particulate filter (DPF) durability, lower regeneration fuel economy, or both. A more accurate sensor allows better control of the DPF, resulting in higher reliability, more effective soot oxidation rates and better fuel economy.
